Welcome! I am a faculty member at the University of Queensland and an Associate of the Information Systems Research Program at UCLA. My research draws on institutional theory to understand the popularity of new information technologies. In recent years I have taken an ecological perspective to study digital innovations in organizations, communities, and ecosystems.

The paper, "The NYC311 App & Community Engagement in Coproducing Municipal Services," I coauthored has been identified as a top 25% paper and is invited to be presented in a "spotlight session" at the 29th Americas Conference on Information Systems (AMCIS) in Panama City, Panama.
The paper, "More-than-human Management: A Systematic Review," I coauthored is presented at the 83rd Annual Meeting of the Academy of Management in Boston.
